Hi there! I’m Sara Geerdes, mover and shaker of Spruced Hen Candle Co. based in Longmont Colorado with my loving family, dogs, hens, bees, garden, & bikes. I come from a family of creators within the fragrance and candle industry. My passion is handcrafting candles and wax melts that make you feel great and puts a pep in your step. When I’m not making candles you'll find me out with the hens, relaxing with the dogs, riding or hiking trails with my hubby and driving my kids crazy.

At Spruced Hen Candle Co., we thoughtfully hand pour our Soy Wax candles & melts. Our candles are 100% Soy Wax, no additives, we use high quality, phthalate free fragrances, and cotton wicks to ensure clean burning with no soot. Our wax melts are made with a proprietary Soy Wax Blend and natural coloring. 

What do I love about Soy Wax? It’s a renewable resource grown by American farmers, soy candles are biodegradable, soy wax is slow burning giving you a longer lasting candle.
